Construction project management software for India

Indian projects run on Indian contracts. BuildCore ships with the contractual clocks of NHAI, CPWD and Indian Railways built in, handles GST and TDS, and speaks FIDIC for multilateral-funded packages — on one audit-ready platform, in the cloud or on your own servers.

Contract clocks

Built for the forms Indian projects actually use

A hindrance that is not notified in time can cost an extension of time — and the liquidated damages that follow. The Hindrance & EOT module starts the right clock for the project's form of contract, sweeps every deadline daily on both sides, and drafts the contractual letter.

NHAI / MoRTH EPC 2022 and HAM

The preset starts a 15-business-day notice clock (Art. 10.5) the day a hindrance is logged, then tracks the Authority's Engineer's clarification, reply and determination clocks.

CPWD GCC 2023

Preset for immediate written notice of a hindrance (Cl. 5), the EOT application within 14 days (Cl. 5.4) and the decision within 21 days.

Indian Railways GCC 2022

Preset for notice within 15 days (Cl. 17A), with the EOT application tracked against the completion date.

FIDIC 1999 and 2017

For JICA-, World Bank- and ADB-funded packages: the 28-day claim notice (Sub-Clause 20.1 / 20.2), the detailed claim and the Engineer's response clocks.

Presets fill in each clock's default. Every clock can be edited to match the particular conditions of your contract. BuildCore tracks deadlines and keeps the record — it does not give legal advice or decide entitlement.
Commercial and statutory

Indian tax and commercial work, in the same record

  • GST e-invoices and GST returns, with CGST, SGST and IGST by place of supply
  • TDS withholding, TDS returns and TDS certificates
  • Customs declarations for imported equipment and materials — basic customs duty, social welfare surcharge, IGST, cess and anti-dumping duty
  • Contracts, variations and claims recorded in the contract currency — INR for domestic work, foreign currency for imported packages
  • Interim payment certificates, variation orders and budgets in Commercial & Finance
Across India

Where Indian project teams use BuildCore

Delhi NCR — Delhi, Gurugram, Noida

NHAI, MoRTH and CPWD are headquartered in New Delhi, and the region is home to many of the highway and building contractors and consultants who work to their contracts. The NHAI EPC, HAM and CPWD presets exist for exactly this work.

Mumbai and the MMR

Axontrix is based in Navi Mumbai. Metro, road and port-linked projects in the region mix government, multilateral-funded and private contracts — BuildCore keeps every project on its own contract regime and its own clocks.

South India — Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad

Metro rail, industrial parks, energy and real estate often sit on the same organisation's books under FIDIC-based, public and private contracts. One platform carries all of them.

Deployment

Your data, where it has to stay

Public-sector clients and PSUs often require project data to stay inside their own network. BuildCore runs wherever that is:

  • Axontrix-hosted cloud
  • Your own private cloud
  • On-premise, behind your firewall — project data stays on your network
Modules

Most used on Indian projects

Every module is licensed on its own — start with the one your projects need most.
